Concepts are free and come with no obligation. We make them from the public content of your current site. Please only request concepts for a business you own or represent.
Concepts are our original designs, shared with you for review only. They stay our property until you buy a website from us; the right to use a design comes with that purchase. Please don't copy, rebuild or pass on a concept, or have someone else build it, without working with us.
Projects and payment
Prices are as shown on this site or agreed in writing before work starts. Upgrades cost the difference between plans.
Ownership
Once paid, your website design, content and files are yours. Your domain is registered in your name.
Hosting and edits
Hosting is $25 a month and includes small edits by email. Larger changes are quoted before we start. You can cancel hosting at any time and we will hand over your site files.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the words, images and logos you give us, and you are responsible for any licences, disclosures or approvals your profession requires.
Liability
We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
